"Een hele schone kamer. Ontbijt was top. Afgelopen weekend was het ruim boven de 30 graden. Ik maakte me een beetje zorgen over de warmte, maar ten onrechte. De airco was top met het warme weer. Verder is dit een goede uitvalsbasis om Noord Eifel te verkennen."

"The initial contact with reception was negative as the receptionist seemed to have an issue which he kept repeating to me in loud German. After I mentioned Expedia he ruffled through the files, found the paperwork and started speaking in English in a more normal tone. We filled out the paperwork which he provided. "Sind total enttäuscht. Wir haben extra das Hotel auf unserer Durchreise für unseren Sohn der riesiger Fußballfan ist und weil es Fussball thematisierte Zimmer gibt gebucht . Wir haben dann ein normales Zimmer bekommen und unser Sohn war mega enttäuscht. Der Rezeption war das egal. Wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten hätten wir es nicht gebucht und wären in ein anderes Hotel."

"Conveniently located at walking distance from the STR (tram) station Mohnweg, about 25 min ride from the Deutz/Messe Cologne train station. The room was not luxurious, but clean and comfortable. Shower water heats up right away. You need adapters if you come from the US. There is no outlet near the desk. My room was facing the main street, which is very busy.
