"The staff are amazing. Everyone was as helpful as they could be. My only 2 issues were that I booked a room with a balcony and that wasn’t the case when I showed up. Second issue is how warm the room was. I understand that the weather is something you can’t control, but it has to be known that this place has no A/C and the rooms are very poorly ventilated. "Dinner and breakfast were great. Staff were not helpful at check in. After the restaurant closed, staff sat on the front patio and smoked for over an hour. With no air conditioning we had the windows open to cool down the room, which are directly above the patio. The second-hand smoke smell filled the room so bad we had to shut them, which wasn’t pleasant."
