"I recently hosted my daughter’s birthday sleepover here with about 15 girls, and I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The staff was truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating to our large group. They kept up with all of our requests for extra towels and supplies without hesitation and even helped direct my guests to the correct room smoothly. "The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point."

"The room smell, they don’t look like the picture shows. Waited two day for a remote that never showed up. Not jacuzzi tub like it shows for the Sweet. The main lobby was a little room not a large lobby like shown in the pictures. "

"On Friday night I had very loud people talking, screaming in the hall outside my room from midnight to 1am. I called the front desk, and they said they would look into it. Not sure anything happened."

"No shampoo or conditioner. Room was dirty. No maid service for visits of less than three days. Smell of pot was pervasive throughout the hotel. Peeling bathtub. Only one chair in room. Very loud all night. No rules enforced. Staff was delightful. "
