Liked everything apart from not having the decaf coffee pods replenished.Also no milk replenished in the room.
We had to request a room change 10 minutes after arriving because the shower control was broken.
The room was changed immediately.
Staff are courteous and helpful.
I will definitely stay again if in Jackson.

Complimentary happy hour was appreciated.
Arrived 50 minutes before check in and advised it would cost $50 for early check in i.e. $1/ minute! Needless to say we declined.

Nice enough hotel. Only real issue was the room lighting, far too dim even with all of the lights on. Our room appears to have been recently refurbished, so was reasonably modern.
Breakfast was the usual for this type of accommodation, namely juices, cereals, a hot selection as well as bagels and coffee, as expected.

Only stayed one night en route to New Orleans. We were pleasantly surprised that immediately opposite they had a mall with good eating amenities. Great sized rooms albeit ours was a little noisy as it was highway side. Breakfast adequate. Great hotel for the price
