"All of the staff were friendly, efficient and completely responsive to our requests. All in all the hotel offered a high level of facilities and service and the location is ideal whether for visiting Cardiff or exploring the surrounding countryside. Highly recommended."

"Disappointed not to get a balcony, especially since the hotel didn’t seem very busy at the time - felt like a room with one should’ve been available. On the plus side, the spa was excellent and a real highlight of the stay."

"Our stay was truly wonderful from start to finish. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—rich in history and full of character—and the gardens are simply breathtaking. Being able to walk down to the River Usk and wander for miles through the open fields was such a special experience.
