"We experienced a serious safety issue during our stay. The shower head was not securely fastened and fell off without me even touching it. When it detached, it broke part of the ceramic fixture, which then fell onto my foot and caused a bleeding injury. I am currently pregnant, which made the situation especially concerning. "In the middle of the city with abundant shops in walking distance! Rex hotel is really King!"

"This property is very nice and the rooms were clean, neat and modern. The two on site restaurants were excellent and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Views from the 28th floor lobby were outstanding! The hotel location was right across the street from the Market and only a 1/4 mile from Ho Chi Minh square and the river. Pool area was nice. My only complaint is that the pool closes at 8pm, ha! Other then that we would DEFINITELY stay here again. You can not go wrong with this property! "
