"The location is excellent — very convenient and easy to explore Hanoi. The price was reasonable, and the hotel itself was clean, stylish, and well-designed.
What stood out the most was the hospitality from the staff, especially Mimi and Celina.
We arrived very early in the morning (around 6AM) after taking the train from Sapa and were exhausted, but they kindly arranged for us to check in slightly earlier so we could rest.

"The hotel was a little dated and in need of some minor maintenance but was very central and within walking distance to many sites and shopping areas.
