The staff was so accommodating, the hotel was immaculately clean, we had an issue with our room, and the hotel immediately helped upgrade our room and move our items. I would probably never come back to Hanoi because of a few bad experiences with locals outside of the hotel but if I did I would definitely stay here.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They provided lots of food recommendations, were extremely quick in bringing up food/laundry (even when using a 3rd party laundry service). The spa and onsen were AMAZING! Hanoi was a bit of a culture shock compared to Saigon. We encountered more rude people/some blatantly anti-black people and this hotel really saved the day/trip.

I couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay at this hotel. It’s new, stylish, immaculate and quiet! The staff are all friendly and eager to help you any way they can! The food was outstanding!! The manager Thomas was very helpful in arranging a fabulous cruise to Ha Long Bay for us. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay here. When we first arrived we had a welcome drink, snack and cold towels. Very comfortable check in experience. Our room had an internal window so no view but it was still very spacious and clean. Pretty big bathroom for Hanoi. The hotel breakfast was the best we had so far on our trip. Really amazing food, especially the salmon and bacon Benny and the Vietnamese coffee at breakfast was so strong and delicious. The best thing about this place was the service. Everyone was so kind. Thank you to Sarah and Rose and all the staff here. The really made us feel so welcome on our stay here. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Hanoi.

Simply incredible! The staff were the most friendly and helpful we've encountered in our travels, and they went the extra mile to ensure we were having a pleasant stay. We could not have been happier with our stay! The staff is so friendly, and even remembered our names!! The breakfast is amazing, so yummy and so much food. The location was also great. Everywhere we wanted to go in the Old Quarter was a short walk. One of the staff even called our Grab driver, when there seemed to be a problem with our ride (since we didn’t speak the language). It felt above and beyond. We would definitely recommend this place, if you are wanting to stay in Hanoi.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about our short stay at this wonderful hotel. The property is immaculate, as was our room, which was also quiet and comfortable. But what sets this hotel apart is the outstanding customer service. From the moment I stepped out of the airport and found my shuttle driver, every single employee was welcoming and helpful. Each staff member greeted me — by NAME — during our stay. It was disarming at first, but it soon made the stay feel very personalized. We also had a flight cancellation, so as soon as I arrived, I was able to add another night to our reservation, along with additional airport transfers for a very short trip to Hue and back. Finally, the breakfast included in our stay was incredible — from a beautiful view of the city from the rooftop location, to the wide variety of delicious food — it was the perfect way to start the day.

The hotel was very nice, it felt more luxurious than the price. My room was gorgeous, although the view was obstructed. The staff and food were wonderful. I wish I had more than 1 night there, I did not get to enjoy the pool or spa.

Hotel was excellent - rooms were new and excellent quality, with comfy beds. There is a gym in the hotel as well as an onsen (c£22 to use). Staff were very attentive and remembered your name etc, and also contacted me in the days before my stay to offer transfers from the airport. I also requested a gluten free breakfast and was provided with gluten free bread each day, and there was a comprehensive buffet offering Vietnamese / western food (while you can also request omelettes and other dishes to be made). Would highly recommend

The whole stay was absolutely amazing. A new hotel with stunning room, extremely friendly and service-oriented team. delicious breakfast with a never-ending variety of food. an amazing dinner at the restaurant. Perfect location. this is next level hotel in Hanoi

A beautiful new hotel right in the heart of the old quarter and close to restaurants and train street! Rose and Thomas (managers of the hotel) are incredible and looked after us like family. The spa and onsen are amazing and definitely recommend visiting, you will have the onsen to yourself!! Don’t hesitate in booking this gorgeous hotel, it won’t disappoint!

The hotel is centrally located. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

The entire hotel is pristine and well run - couldn’t have asked for a more kind staff! Everyone there was very sweet and helpful! Picked this spot randomly and I am legitimately so lucky that I did! I highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and dining here recently, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. A special mention must go to Mr Phong, Jason, Anthony, Liam, and Carti, whose service was truly outstanding. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and engaging conversation made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our visit. The food was excellent—beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and presented with real attention to quality. Every dish we had was enjoyable and exceeded expectations. The hotel itself was equally impressive, with well-maintained amenities, clean and comfortable spaces, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Everything felt thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we are extremely grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A true credit to the entire team and their commitment to excellent service and hospitality.

What stands out the most at this hotel is the level of service. The staff could not be more helpful and attentive even by South East Asia standards. Little things like remembering how you like your eggs at breakfast. We checked out of the hotel and came back 2 nights later as a stop off from ha Long Bay to Sa Pa and the staff still remembered us. The rooms were clean and had all of the amenities we needed and more. The breakfast had a good selection and varied every day. The sky bar/lounge also gave a great view of the iconic monuments of Hanoi including the Ho Chi Minh mosuleum. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Hanoi.

This hotel well and truely exceeded our expectations from the wonderful staff who went above and beyond in every aspect, the food and drinks were amazing. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Spa treatment was outstanding if we could give 11/10 we would. If we ever return to Hanoi this is where we will be staying 100% recommend.
