"The one room bungalows are near a loud club. However, after complaining they moved me to the secondary location which was very quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. No complaints about service, cleanliness or otherwise. Just the club a few doors over which is out of their control."

"We were in room 508 - street-facing. I’ve never had a room in my life with so many problems, but it was late and we were tired. Problems: 1) Aircon worked but mechanical was broken and filter was dirty so dust in air. 2) Shower system wouldn’t lock so it just hammered until I stuck a toothbrush to hold in place. 3) TV didn’t work. 4) Some mechanical system below us would go on about every 40 minutes and it was loud. 5) Most electrical sockets would not take a phone plug with pushing really hard...

"Nhân viên rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ thông tin du lịch, dịch vụ cho mình. Gần khách sạn cũng có vài quán ăn, tạp hóa nên cũng không phải lo đi xa để mua đồ, ăn uống. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn vẫn chưa được chu đáo lắm. Mình tới nhận phòng rồi mà đồ dùng trong phòng vẫn chưa được chuẩn bị. Có bữa đang tắm thì hết nước nóng. Ở đây hơi nhiều muỗi, côn trùng nên tối là phải đóng cửa cẩn thận. Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ sớm cải thiện những điều trên thì sẽ tuyệt vời. "
