Good location, room was suitable and staff lovely. The room however was too noisy for my liking. I was travelling for dental work and recovery wouldn't have been comfortable.

We checked out after the first night, even though we were supposed to stay for three. The room they gave us was not what we purchased, the window was tiny, the twin beds were pushed together with too small of mattress pads and blanket, there was cockroach in the bathroom, the blinds were broken, the walls were very dirty, and the bedding did not feel clean. The air conditioner blew directly into the bed too high, making me extremely congested for 2 days after. When we told the desk we were checking out early the didnโ€™t even care or ask why. Working with Expedia for a refund.

They ordered a driver for me to pick up at the airport. No one reached out to me, I gave the conceirge my phone number and whatsapp as well. I waited for 40 minutes, and I ended up using a Grab to take me to the hotel. When I got to the hotel, the lady at reception insisted I pay the $20 for the driver.. I explained to them the situatiom and they still wanted me to pay. I told them it doesnโ€™t make sense for me to pay as I waited for 40+ minutes with no message from the driver. I ended up paying $10 for a driver that did not take me to the hotel. Also, the A/C unit for this hotel is very minimal. My room was very hot during my stay! I will plan on staying at a different hotel during my next trip.

I just spent two nights in Thien Hai hotel. The room is very clean. I booked a no-window standard room, which is big enough for one or two people, perfecly blocked the busy street noise. The most impressive part is the hotel staff. They are super nice & helptul. They carried suitcases from the entrance stairs, to room & to the taxi. They helped me for whatever i needed, such as adjusting the room temperature, booking Grab. The breakfast is great. Walking distance to major tourist attractions. I am really satisfied with my stay there.

Really liked my stay. The area is very convenient, within a 20 minute walk to everywhere and lots of places to eat around. Bathroom did have a leak but other than that, room was clean.

The staff were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. Really walking distance to everything. Literally only a few minute walk to Ben than market, Far East Dental, Starbucks, Saigon Centre, Saigon Square, Independence Palace and about a 10 minute walk to Bui Vian. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Value for money it is absolutely fantastic.

I stayed here for two weeks and had a great time. Staffs are amazing, very knowledgeable and kind. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Hotel is also located in the center of all the attractions, easy to find foods,massages,movie theaters, etc. Highly recommend and thanks for all the memories.

The propert was conveniently located around great shopping areas, dining areas in Transportation. The staff was very accommodating and nice. There was limited choices of breakfast for a vegetarian, but overall the meals were great in the hotel.
