This hotel was a great choice for my visit. The room was bright, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was especially nice and I slept very well. The location is in the centre of the old quarter. The room was big and clean. Stuff was very friendly. I had a very positive experience here. The room was spotless and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The hotel also had a relaxing atmosphere that made the stay enjoyable. I would certainly recommend this property to other travelers.

Most comfortable mattress we've had in over 2 months of travel in SE Asia! Slept well. 10-15 minute walk to many attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff is superior with good English skills. Also have travel consultants that arranged tour to Halong Bay for us while the hotel changed our reservation without penalty to accommodate dates. Also secured train tickets for our next stop so we didn't have to find others or arrange everything ourselves. We recommend this place and would stay again.

The property was beyond our expectations. Staff went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Their restaurant was superb and the breakfast spread was top notch. Jimmi, the receptionist very efficiently organised transport to Sapa for us at the last minute...a big shout out for all the staff especially Jimmi and Alex. Would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anybody looking for a place in Hanoi Old Quarters. Great location...great food...great staff...great rooms...what more can one ask for!

The staff were so welcoming and helpful with planning for everything from the Water Puppet show, Ha Long Bay tours, and what to see in Ha Noi. Breakfast was delicious and the location was very close to Hoan Kiem lake, which was convenient. They even were super flexible about adjusting our stay when we missed our flight connection to Ha Noi - I would definitely recommend you to stay here.

The location was perfect for all we wanted to see in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff are just exceptional. They go out of their way to help. We never usually book things through hotels but the staff booked our transfers to Sa Pa for the same price we could book online and even made us a packed lunch! They also kept our bags for the time we were away. The place is clean and has a cute charm. Just loved our time here

Het ontbijt was heerlijk met veel keuzes, er was een saladebar zodat ik de groenten kon kiezen die ik wilde. De kamers zijn schoon en het personeel is gezinsvriendelijk. Ze zijn zeer attent en vriendelijk. Jim was zeer behulpzaam bij het organiseren van uitstapjes naar Halong Bay en hielp ons bij het regelen van onze eigen reis naar Ha Giang, een echte aanrader!

Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The hotel is also in a prime location with easy walks to multiple locations, restaurants, parks, and activities. Cons: The bed was rock hard, and felt like it had springs trying to poke out of it. It was comparable to sleeping on a carpeted floor. Breakfast was also very small and didn't have very many options. Overall: I think this is a great place to stay, because if you traveled a long distance (USA) like we did, you won't be spending a ton of time in your room or eating at the hotel anyway. You will be out seeing the sites and eating the food and nearby restaurants, cafes, and food stalls. The staff were some of the friendliest people we met in Vietnam. Every time we walked in the door they greeted us with a smile and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and were always made up when we came back from our adventures.

This hotel offered great comfort and friendly service. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and always willing to help with directions or suggestions. The property felt calm and well maintained, which made the stay relaxing. I also appreciated the convenient location. It was easy to reach nearby restaurants and attractions.

Very friendly staff at the reception counter. The room is superb big and clean. Many food stall and restaurants located around the hotel. Very strategic location where you no need to worry about getting hungry at night. Highly recommend and definitely will stay at here again in future. One of the best hotel in Hanoi old quarter :)

Had an amazing 4nights stay here. Everything was exceptionally good. Room was spacious, clean and more importantly the friendly staff. Jimmy speaks good english and helped us to arrange our Halong Bay day tour and also the Trang An limousine transfer. Great service and location wise was superb! Strategically located in the Old Quarter and it's only a walking distance to almost everywhere.

The staff was great and the breakfast was good but the place was just okay. I was expecting a deck or at least a view based on the pictures but i was looking at the side of a building and the shower water pressure was pretty bad.
