"For the price it’s good! But the housekeeping unformentely doesn’t clean any of the room. They just give new towels and water if you request it. We were there for 5 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned- which was a shame. Overall for the price you pay, it’s good! There are quite a few nice restaurants around and bars. The coffee shop downstairs was our favourite in all of Hanoi lovely staff"
