"This hotel is a gem inside the old quarter, excellent location, amazing staff. All the staff are authentically warm and helpful and work to help you have the very best time in Hanoi. We had 1 maintenance issue in our room and staff arrived within 3 minutes of us calling. Wow. The Onsen / spa was wonderful after walking many kilometers on the charming streets. Michelin restaurants are around every corner. Come to Hanoi and have a fabulous time."
