NOT a 4 star hotel. This is a 2 star. They don’t have a breakfast room and walk you to another, poor, hotel for a very basic breakfast. Spa is a woman sat outside the hotel offering massages. Luggage storage is luggage left in the lobby. EXPEDIA SORT THIS OUT. THIS IS NOT 4 STAR, it is run down and hasn’t got the facilities it MUST have to be called 4 STAR. I have stayed in 4 star in Vietnam and this is not it. Room is very basic and shabby, bathroom run down and door did not close. As bathroom door is next to the bed this not great in a family room of 3 sharing. Location is inaccessible by car and you have to drag suitcases down a long alley, full of scooters (Vietnam is crazy for driving and cars and scooters rule over pedestrians). Will be writing to Expedia and sending photos when I get back, as this is so misrepresented it is almost funny.

Fantastic location, very good value, excellent breakfast, and amazing staff. Jimmi was especially kind, and made me feel very well taken care of. The hotel does laundry for $3/kg, which was extremely convenient. I loved the experience, and stayed two times - two nights before my Ha Long Bay tour, and one night after returning. I would gladly recommend this hotel to any of my friends, and I will happily stay there again when I return to Hanoi (hopefully in the near future!!)

A very pleasant experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were warm and welcoming. My room was clean, quiet, and nicely arranged with good amenities. The hotel felt safe and well managed. I also liked the convenient location, which made getting around the city very easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay that I would happily repeat.

Room was modern, tidy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was especially comfortable and I slept very well each night. The staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to assist. The hotel itself had a pleasant atmosphere that made the stay relaxing. This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable after a long day of traveling. The staff were professional and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I also appreciated how clean everything was. The location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room was fine. Breakfast is not served at the hotel. It is served in another hotel restaurant (part of the same business). It is just around the corner. I could say breakfast wasn’t very good. The restaurant was really small to hold passengers from 2 hotels. Place has a lot of small flies

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a gap of several hours between getting back from the Ha Long Bay cruise and catching the overnights train. The hotel staff let us store our luggage even though we were no longer staying at the hotel.

Bugs, bugs and more bugs! This is an horrible hotel. We had booked the junior suite with the city view and we ended up with the deluxe double with window. We only noticed after the fact. So we paid more for a room we didn't even get. Then, for the bugs! At the first, the room seemed okay (except for the disgusting bidet hose with grey/yellow good). But my boyfriend started feeling something falling on his back while using the toilet. When he came out and we assessed, we noticed so many little worms with wings coming in from a hole. I managed to kill a lot of them. We notified the staff and went to eat. When we came back, he said he controlled it with a product. Once in the bedroom, bugs were no longer only in the bathroom, but everywhere up to the entrance, in the beds, on our belongings even if not on the floor. No matter how many we killed, there was always more and more. We asked for another room, but they were all booked out. We decided to leave and book elsewhere, the owner/staff stayed outside with us until we started walking away to figure how to get to another hotel as no grab can get you or any other transport from this street. It was awkward. He apologized, but I'm sure he knows about this issue. I had read a similar review from this place, but I thought it was a unique event. So please, do not book this place. It doesn't deserve 4 stars.

I booked this hotel very spontaneously after my trip to Sapa didn’t take place, and I wanted a change instead of extending my stay at the original hotel. The accommodation was super comfortable for me as a solo traveler and had everything I needed. The location was also excellent, with everything within walking distance. What I would especially like to highlight is the incredibly warm and friendly hospitality. Mia welcomed me with open arms and helped me plan my trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh from A to Z in a very short time, organizing everything for me. Some might say, “Well, that’s normal” - but no, it really isn’t. She checked in with me every day via WhatsApp, asking whether the driver had arrived, if I had made it safely to the hotel, how I liked the trip, and more. Receiving this level of care and service is truly not something to be taken for granted, and I am very grateful to her. For this reason alone, this place comes highly recommended.

The service was excellent. We stayed for one night, and the two girls at reception—Mia, and Cindy—went out of their way to assist us. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an unexpected room upgrade. They also helped coordinate and liaise with our cruise tour. After our return, we stayed at another hotel booked by a friend, yet they kindly arranged for our suitcases to be transferred from their hotel to the new one. Even after we were no longer staying with them, they were still happy to answer our questions and provide assistance.

Friendly staff and good location. This was ok if you paid for and were expecting budget accommodation but reviews and pictures seemed to suggest it was more than this. For the same price we stayed somewhere else in Hanoi which was amazing. Breakfast was in a basement at another hotel down the road.

We booked this hotel because it was the only one we found with reviews saying it was quiet. All other hotels had complaints of street noise. To our amazement, it was very quiet even though our room faced the street. The street in front of the hotel is bustling with action but it's mostly pedestrian which keep the car/scooter noise way down. The room was clean and had a few niceties and quirks worth mentioning. The air conditioner did a fantastic job of cooling the room but could also be because the room was small. Either way, the temperature was very comfortable. The refrigerator was the best one of all of our hotel stays in Vietnam. We like to buy beers at convenience stores and drink them in the room at the end of the day. This fridge was big and cold! The shower was mix of great and not so great. The water pressure was strong and the water was hot. But the shower only had a short glass wall to keep the water from splashing outside. It clearly had a bar for a shower curtain but didn't. I've seen a similar shower in Australia so i think it's meant this way. Even carefully showering results in a wet floor outside the shower. Also, the shower slippers provided looked gross so we didnt use. The included breakfast was a simple buffet but you could 1 order hot item (omelet, pho). It wasn't as skimpy as other reviews claimed. But the downside was the buffet is down the street at a partner hotel. So a bit inconvenient when raining. Overall a good stay with quiet sleep.

The location and the staffs. They are always willing to assist you happily. Stayed there for 3 nights. 1st night not so good as the toilet basin water pipe leaking, TV not working and window not able to close which was quite noisy due to the horning of the cars. After informing the receptionist, they are able to address all the issue and fixed it the next day.

Staff are the biggest asset. Mia was very helpful, and the rest of the front desk team were very friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot their name. Great location. Breakfast was good compared to other hotels in the same category. I would recommend this hotel

Extraordinary customer service, the friendliest, most professional personnel that we've ever met in hospitality service. Special thanks to Jimmy, Mia, Okami, and Cindy, who made our stay unforgettable. The hotel was five stars, but their work - six, at least :) The rooms are decorated very beautifully, breakfasts are delicious, cleaning service spot on. We couldn't be happier with our stay in Indochine Premium hotel.

スタッフはとても親切で良かったです。 ただ設備は鍵がかけにくかったり、扉の建て付けが悪いなど、不十分なところもありました。 朝食は別館で取りますが、ジュースはフレッシュジュースではなく、果糖が入ったもので、バイキングの種類もあまり豊富ではありませんでした。 また細い路地を入るので、タクシーは前まで来ることができません。 ハノイ中心部にしては安いので、値段相応なのかもしれません。
