Sauberes Zimmer und Bad, Bett war in Ordnung. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Zimmer und Bad haben angenehme Größe. Frühstück ist ok, nicht so viel Auswahl, für kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Unser Zimmer hat ein Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße, zu nächst fanden wr das toll. Aber zun Nachmittag und Abend wurde die vielbefahrene Straße vor dem Hotel so voll, Laut und voller Abgase. Den Straßenlärm hat man auch im Zimmer gehört und beim Lüften des teils stickigen Zimmers kam die Abgasluft rein. Das Hotel ist fußläufig zu allen Aktionen und sehr gut positioniert.

住宿房間與網頁上的照片相去甚遠。最大優點是地點位於市區非常方便。值得讚許的是，在等候前往下龍灣的接駁車時，有位員工協助我們提著行李過街，忘了詢問他的名字，這位員工真的很棒！

Un hôtel très bien situé..restaurants magasins..sites à visiter..lac..tout est à proximité à pied.. Chambre propre..bon petit déjeuner pour bien démarrer la journée.. Le personnel est adorable..prêt à vous rendre service et à vous aider si besoin..ils vous organisent le taxi..les sorties si besoin.. N’hésitez pas à vous y rendre si vous voulez un séjour serein sur Hanoi..

Room didn't have hot water so had to take cold showers. The bathroom had a chemical smell to it, and the facilities in general were ok but not stellar. Felt like a motel.

We are very satisfied with the hotel services, from the reception staff to the cleaning ladies. They all are welcoming and the concierge are very helpful with carrying our luggage and always smiling every time we came back from our tour.

旧市街目的なら立地は最高です。スタッフは親切で過ごしやすかったです。部屋はきれいにされていましたが、残念だったのがシャワーで温度・水圧ともにいまいちでした。立地がいいので待ち時間や疲れた時にホテルに戻って休憩できるのがよかった。おすすめです。

I was deeply unhappy with this property and would strongly recommend against booking here. We stayed for an hour before booking somewhere else and leaving as we felt the hotel had deceived us and we no longer felt safe there. The pictures used on Expedia do not reflect the reality of the room. The room itself was tired-looking and dirty with an unpleasant smell. The description was also heavily inaccurate. Firstly, it said that the room was soundproofed; in reality, the window was single-glazed and had a large hole in one corner. The sound of the busy roads outside was entirely audible and would absolutely have prevented us sleeping. Secondly, the description said there were blackout curtains. While this may have been true for one window, the other window used thin blinds with large gaps between them. Not only would this have allowed a lot of light through, I feel we would have been entirely visible to the buildings around when we had the light on. There were also things like a "fireplace" which were entirely absent. We didn't really care about this, but it shows another way where the description is untrue. I have been chasing a refund from both the hotel and Expedia but have so far been unsuccessful. I really feel like I've been scammed. The hotel we ended up in cost less and was significantly nicer.

"Sound-proofed" - not helped by a large hole to the outside

"Blackout blinds" - thin and with large gaps

Stay for one night, good staff service, shopping, no hot water when i took a shower on that day, breakfast just ok, elevator start on the second flood so prepare to be able to carry luggage up the stairs but staffs will help to bring luggage to your room good staffs service

The staffs’ attitude was excellent, always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. Central location so all attractions are within walking distance. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable stay in Hanoi.

The hotel was not as good as it appeared on the Expedia website. The room was very tired and a bit knackered and the bathroom was old and needed updating. As we have gold membership, it stated that we would get 20% off the food in the restaurant and at the spa.... the restaurant only served breakfast (which was limited and often ran out of food options) and there wasn't a spa on site. The staff were the only really good thing about the hotel. All of them were polite and friendly and really helpful. The Expedia write-up about this hotel was mis-leading. The location of this hotel was good; right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Overall though, we were disappointed with this hotel.

The location is great, lots of nearby restaurants, shopping, walking distance to attractions and things to do. But there are also hotels nearby that also share this location. Staff is nice, helpful, and courteous. They always great with a smile, and helpful with things to do. They also understood English to communicate. Many things were subpar, that should be addressed: - only one room key available, not convenient - renovations looked messy, rushed, unprofessional - elevator setup is weird, you take it to your floor, then go down half a flight to get to your room. Also, you need to go up 2 flight of stairs before getting to the elevator - bathrooms needs work, shower looked unclean and full of grout to patch where they miscut the tiles - AC and TV remotes did not work upon entering room, luckily the staff helped to fix that ASAP Overall, if you do not plan to stay in the room much, just to sleep and leave your things, this hotel will be good for you.

Staff was wonderful, & even helped with booking tours @ a good price. Downside--bed was on the hard/firm side. It was noisy at night since the hotel is on a fairly major street. The local drivers liberally use their car/scooter horns, even @ 3 & 4 am:(

Completely Misleading Listing on Expedia Do not stay at this hotel. The Expedia listing is highly misleading, and there is absolutely no way this property qualifies as 4-star—2 stars at best. I strongly recommend reading the Google reviews before booking, as they reflect the reality far more accurately. Our so-called “premium” room was old, outdated, and in need of serious renovation. • WiFi barely works and constantly drops out • Furniture is worn, tired, and poorly maintained • The bathroom is in desperate need of refurbishing • Noise levels are unbearable—like trying to sleep in the middle of Times Square or Piccadilly Circus • The elevator only starts from the 2nd floor, making it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues We booked for several nights but ended up leaving after just one. Save yourself the hassle and choose another hotel. The hotel will also refuse to refund you for the nights booked, even if the room type /hotel is not as described on the Expedia website. Book at your own risk!
