Excellent staff extremely helpful. Hotel was not yet fully operational. Mild criticism is that “interior view” is a little bit of an overstatement effectively there is no window. (A “window” showing a featureless narrow shaft cannot honestly be described as interior view. The room was very comfortable and completely clean

I recently stayed at Hotel du lac signature, a newly opened property in Hanoi’s Old Town, and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The check-in process was very smooth, including an airport-transfer offer via mail in advance, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, polite, and courteous. They truly made me feel like a valued guest at all times. What stood out most was the consistently high level of guest recognition—several team members greeted us by name, which felt genuinely warm and personalized. Special thanks to manager Thomas and his team for their thoughtful care. The hotel’s location is central in the Old Town, with easy access to the "Silk-Road" and a wide array of dining options within walking distance. The iconic "Train Street" is also nearby, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood. Please note that the rooftop terrace and the second bar were not yet open at the time of our stay, but renderings suggest an exciting additional experience once they debut. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, balcony with view over the old-town, ample lighting, and modern amenities including reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast offered a very good mix of continental and local options, with fresh fruit and excellent coffee. The pool area provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, the service quality was exceptional, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel truly valued as guests.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Beautiful new hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast is served. The indoor pool was heated and zen like. The spa massage experience was excellent. The staff all appear to be highly trained and have perfected service to their customers making everyone feel like a celebrity. Location is great and a two minute walk to train Street as well as other attractions. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic 10 days at this hotel. This was mainly due to the amazing staff team. All of the staff in every part of the hotel are exceptionally helpful, friendly and kind. Thomas the manager was always available and organised our trips to Halong bay and Ninh Binh. (Both were excellent). Everything feels brand new—polished interiors, spotless rooms, and a design that combines modern luxury with subtle charm. Beyond the facilities, it was the hospitality that left the strongest impression. On my birthday, the front desk team surprised me with a cake and gathered together to sing. Staying at HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE was a highlight of my trip to Vietnam. Tucked right in the center of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, the location could not be more convenient—just steps away from the Colorful Train Street, markets, and cafés. Yet once inside, the hotel feels like a peaceful sanctuary, with absolute quiet and a sense of refined luxury. The hotel is brand new, and it shows. From the elegant lobby with its inviting fragrance to the spotless hallways and rooms, every detail feels fresh and pristine. My room was spacious with French Balcony, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The facilities covered everything a traveler could need, from excellent breakfast service to attentive concierge support. What truly sets this property apart is the service. The staff here are remarkable—polite, professional, and sincerely warm. Every time I entered or left the hotel, they remember my name & I was greeted with a bow and a smile, small gestures that made a big difference.
