We enjoyed staying there. Room was pretty and comfortable. All the staff were very hospitable. Pool, bar, breakfast and spa were all great! Walking around Hanoi was bit overwhelming with massive number of mopeds, constant noise and uneven sidewalks so it was nice to rest in quiet and peaceful place like this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the staff were always helpful and welcoming. I especially loved the spa and ended up going every day—it was amazing and a perfect way to relax. The gym was also great and well maintained. Breakfast was really good each morning, and overall it’s a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely come back.

Incredible service and experience! Rose and her team went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. This was our first time in Hanoi, and will stay at the Hotel du Lac Signature again. The breakfast had an amazing selection and great views of the city. If you have time, book the onsen experience! It was also an easy pick up spot if you plan to do day trips (Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay).

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!! All of the staff went out of their way to ensure we felt at home at this hotel. They were so hospitable and accommodating. I want to give a special shoutout to Rose who helped us with booking massage, dinner, transportation to the airport etc. she was lovely! The breakfast was wonderful as was the massage at the hotel spa. The room was clean and comfortable. The high price is the only downside but it’s worth it.
