Incredible stay! The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, the facilities were clean and comfortable, the restaurant and breakfast buffet were delicious. Our room was spotless and the bed were super comfortable. It was a wonderful respite from the bustling and busy streets of Hanoi. We lived enjoying a drink in the lounge and all enjoyed the spa! Couldn’t recommend a place more!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was great and staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay comfortable. They even prepared us a lovely take away breakfast as we checked out very early for a morning flight. The room was very clean and modern.
