"We were welcome by a lovely lady at Check-In desk, the staffs was very helpful with extremely helpful service. The hotel is located in central Hanoi very close to hoan kiem lake and convenient for dinning and night walking street on Friday to Sunday."

"スタッフの方々がみなさん親切で私の拙い英語も理解してくれようと頑張ってくださいました。滞在中の空港送迎、現地ハロン湾ツアー、併設スパ、ランドリーサービスなど様々サポートいただき大変感謝しています。 施設自体は古いと思いますが清掃はきちんとされており普段日本のビジネスホテルを利用している方であれば許容範囲ではないかと思います。浴室は浴槽ありですがお湯は溜めてないので使用感は不明です。浴室まで段差があるので好みは分かれます。シャンプー、ボディジェルあり。歯ブラシもあった気がします。スリッパは使い回しタイプ。ミニバー兼冷蔵スペースがありますが冷えてないかも。 立地は大聖堂のすぐ近くで有名なコンカフェやフォーボーのお店があります。他にも美味しいコーヒーが飲めるカフェも点在しており過ごしやすいエリアでした。旧市街も徒歩圏内で散歩にも最適です。 またハノイへ行く機会があれば是非泊まりたいです。"

"This hotel has beautiful decor and a comfortable and cosy atmosphere. As on our previous visit, we stayed in a Executive Suite on the 5th floor and that was very pleasant. As soon as you get there, the staff welcome you with a drink, a smile, ready to hand you keys and answer your questions.reception staff,, waitresses, housekeeper no exception all trained to good standards of customer service.
