Superb hotel in Central Hanoi near to all the main attractions. Brilliant breakfast but the pool is very small and it can be hard to find a spare lounger.

Breakfast was great Hugh is a wonderful concierge he is calm and profeesional takes time to listen to listen to your needs and takes appropriare measures to facilitate requests Tyson with his upbeat enthusiastic attitude is also quick to look for ways to enhance your stay Friendly and fun to be around I have to mention Tunat la terressa what spot on service and humbling attitude such a great service super knowledge of the dishes and wines Hats off to whomever manages these kind staff members

Loved the Sofitel Hanoi. Staff and property were exquisite and walkable to main Hanoi attractions. Awesome spa facility and great restaurants and bar. Also a great cigar menu and lounge for those who partake. Will stay here again.
