"If I can give Premier Village Phu Quoc 6 stars, I would. From check in to check out, everything exceeded our expectations. A shout to all the staffs with a 10/5 services, especially Chloe (QC Manager), Vinh (buggy driver), Hannah (The Market breakfast). "The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldn’t be able to. Bug the previous it was ok. "

"Nice pool on the beach, adequate gym and two restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere. This resort is near the airport but it doesn’t spoil your stay. Getting around the island is easy by taxi or grab. Not far from town and the night market."

"It was an amazing property. The breakfast that was included was top notch and had so many different options. The staff were friendly. The pool was nice and the beach was wonderful. The sand was very soft and my kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. There was really no dining options around the area except for the resort and after being in other areas in Vietnam where food was very cheap, the pricing at the hotel seemed high although it was still cheaper that what we would pay in the US....
