"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. "Cozy rooms, no face towels, Reception desk kept on calling us because they did not have a reservation number. Very annoying. No parking available, no dining available"

"Staff very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Restraunt great choice of food. Pool cleaned everyday. Only fault with Expedia they only offer 1 type of room at the back of property overlooking a very busy road , have to pay supplement to change room."
