"All was clean and very pretty looking. Staff were polite, especially Miss Sinha who appeared on the last day and helped me get to my destination near Ubud. It was not her job but she helped me. Unfortunately, a few minors point. The room smell damp and rather dark even when it was sunny. It was a room down on the ground floor. "The food is so fresh and really delicious, outstanding breakfasts !! Such a nice staff in the property, very helpful and very carrying people.. just always there really no matter what time it is. Villas clean and are cleaned literally everyday with such precision bedsheets changed everyday, towel , wardrobes and pool is heated ! Which is great..! The only minus for me is manager, she never even said bye while I was giving back my keys, no interest in anything during stay and also at check out....
