"The Formica on the bathroom door had detached and I killed at least a dozen insects in my room while there. Also had to rescan my room key almost every day to gain access to my room."

The room was very humid, there wasn’t always someone at the front desk depending on the time, and we even got a call before checkout asking if we were leaving early. If I had to do it again I’d spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else."

The front desk staff were engaged in a petty back-and-forth with other customers serious enough that police were called, which delayed my check-in significantly. When I finally got to my room, the problems compounded immediately. I had paid extra for a smoking room but arrived to find a no-smoking sign on the door and a hallway that smelled strongly of urine.
