"At no point was I informed that weekend housekeeping is only available upon request. Even after I checked back into both rooms again on Saturday, no one mentioned it. I stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a room that was never vacuumed, never cleaned, the beds were never made, and the towels were never replaced. By Sunday I was so frustrated that I took the trash out myself. The only thing the front desk agent did was hand me clean towels, and she seemed completely unconcerned about leaving...

"This cute little enclave is situated towards the end of Main Street/Near Southside which has lots of unique local restaurants, shops and a cool vibe. Nice walkability. The SOMA was also unique and well appointed."

"This hotel serves its purpose, but nothing extra. It was quite noisy - the walls were paper thin. We could hear the alarm going off next door both nights we stayed there. Our keys were coded wrong and they locked us out of the room for our second night - which they did easily solve at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was simple, but adequate. Bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, eggs and bacon crumbles. Parking was the bonus here. Easy to park. Average room, nothing special, but would stay...

"The room was dirty, the bed was full of dog hair, there were stains on the walls and on the curtains. It was not clean. Wish we could have canceled and got our money back! "

"This stay was exactly what we needed it to be. Room was decent, breakfast was good, staff were personable and helpful. It wasn't our first choice, but late planning will put you in a pickle when there's some kind of convention in town the same weekend, we had a wedding. But we were pleasantly surprised and have no complaints here."
