"The hotel service was excellent- except that they didn’t know who Orbitz was and I couldn’t check in without paying again. SO I have paid double. I would like Orbitz to refund the room charges for this reservation since I had to pay again in person. The hotel did not receive any notification of my arrival and does not know how to get paid from Orbitz. So I need my money back. The actual stay at the hotel was very accommodating. Excellent service. Will return but will not use Orbitz"

"The property is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and respectful with great manners.

"I was told when i went there i was booking for a standard room n i asked if it included breakfast the guy said yes. That didn't happen we were declined breakfast saying someone else put that online n they refused to hive it to us. "Horrible place. Old, decrepit, and looks like a haunted building. It is dark, gory, and quite literally like a ghost asylum. The air conditioning does not work.
