The room's Ikea furniture is incredibly practical and well thought-through, like the Bluetooth ceiling speakers. "Mega tolle Anlage...wir hatten ein kleines Häuschen mit Terasse und Blick auf den See. Frühstück im Restaurant sehr gut und reichhaltig.... Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam... Sehr central bis zum Strand sind es wenige hundert Meter. Wir waren so begeistert, das wir unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bereits wieder planen."

"Overall an excellent hotel and experience. Clean and liked the option to request the room is not cleaned for a day, for which the hotel would plant a tree. Great location and the room was lovely. Only element that wasn’t in the room that I would have liked were bathrobes, but that’s a small detail and we’d definitely stay again."

"This location is not close to anything. The early check in starts at 1:00 but nothing available. We did finally get checked in a little before 3:00. We explored the outside of the ship, where there is a small park which was very dirty with litter/trash and not well kept. Walking along the pier there was cigarette butts everywhere and some trash. Inside the ship hotel it was very warm.....no air flowing in the lobby. Our room was on the "A" deck at the very back of the ship....a long ways. ...

"The Bastion Hotel was excellent for the most part. Bed was a little too soft for me but it was ok. The bathroom is extremely small for a man my size. The internet was not very strong and I had often had trouble getting a strong signal while in my room and in the restaurant. The restaurant service was not very good. They rarely came to my table to check on me but the food was pretty good overall."
