"I was truly impressed with my recent stay. The staff at check in were warm and welcoming, my room was very clean and the hotel has excellent amenities. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you were looking for. Hotel staff walked around during breakfast area cleaning, refilling food items and greeting/assisting guests. I did use the gym and it was clean and with a nice view."

"I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....
