"Bathroom had dirt on the floor. There was no Kleenex and only three pillows for a king size bed and two adults. The couch was is poor condition and the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. The bath towels were more like the size of two hand towels sewn together. The staff was friendly and quick at the check-in desk. "

Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. The shower took a long time to heat, so i had a cold shower, but the sink water was just fine, which seemed strange. "The cleanliness of the room was subpar, bugs in our Bathroom and mini fridge crawling around. Linens were clean and no bugs in the beds that we saw. Parking felt safe. Breakfast was standard and kept up. The hotel is well traveled, in need of a facelift . The elevator made sounds and was a bit scary sometimes "
