"My experience at this property was great! It’s connected to the mall and close by to many food options or the train station to get around. I would recommend that this property change some food variety options for at least the breakfast. We went twice in a row during breakfast but expected for some of the food options to change. It was exactly the same. Good food but would like to see more options. Thank you to the friendly staff and property for a great stay overall! "

"This hotel is very convenient when arriving in Japan late and need to rest overnight, as it is connected to the international terminal of Haneda Airport. Stayed here a few times and it’s always been with great price, nice prompt service, and very clean and modern rooms. Highly recommended and will patronize this hotel and brand when possible."

"I booked a room here for two nights, staying just one. We had a late night flight, so this gave us a comfy place to hang out and wait (HIGHLY recommend doing this!!). Customer service here is exceptional. The amenities are many and make you feel welcome and right at home. It’s walking distance to restaurants, a shrine, and even Costco. 7/11 is right around the corner. The shuttle from the airport didn’t work out timing wise for us, so we hopped in a taxi…under $8 and well worth not having to deal with a bus. The staff cares about food allergies and was the most attentive I’ve ever seen on the matter. How refreshing! They prepared a list of what I couldn’t have at breakfast, making my decisions easy (and there is so much that I still had plenty and was full before even getting to try everything)."
