"Very nice rooms and location and very helpful staff"

"Gute Verkehrsanbindung, das Hotel ist direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Fenster gut isoliert, keine Lärmbelästigung. Gutes Frühstückt. Leider nur eine Kaffeemaschine, die auch an zwei von drei Tagen defekt war. Zudem gab es zu wenig Tassen. Es standen nur Pappbecher für Tee & Kaffee bereit. "

"This hotel is very unique. It’s a 15th century home sitting about 25 acres of manicured grounds, vineyards, and an infinity pool. There are peacocks, chickens and birds for your enjoyment. The restaurant in the hotel is fabulous. The staff is outstanding. There are only 17 rooms in this stately mansion. I highly recommend it."

"Un petit bijoux à 2 pas des arènes, le personnel a été aux petits soins, une chambre nickel, le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec salade de fruits fraîche. Et boire un verre sur le rooftop est tout simplement un véritable bonheur avec une vue imprenable sur Vérone. Je recommande à 100%."

"The hotel was pretty nice, the view and location was spectacular. Although my only complaint is that the comforter and pillows were very old and yellow. It also had a very old smell from the room. I am sensitive to smells."

"The Hotel Sirmione Terme has been standing nearly 106 years, I would say it has aged like a fine wine. It is a lovely classic hotel full of charm. My recommendation would be to stay in the old main building in a room overlooking the lake. The other hotel building accommodation is above the thermal pool and spa which has a strong smell of sulphur. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the restaurant has a good menu. We used the spa facilities during our stay and I booked in for a couple...

"Its quite a dated property for comfort and definitely not a 5 star hotel experience. The bedsheets and pillows were the worst Ive experienced - they seemed to be made of weird recycled material. The reception staff were pleasant but they recommended a local car rental company as their prefered provider who ended up quoting way more than every other rental company in Verona and they said they could deliver car to the hotel - not the actual case so we cancelled and booked with bigger name."
