"The owner/care taker, Don was an absolute gem. He was super nice and kind. Talking to him was easy and he was a great cook. The room was clean and big and very comfortable. There were even snacks in and out of the room. My only complaint was the super steep drive way but thats pretty normal in that area I found. Had an amazing time. Will definitely be back."

"The cabin was clean, we liked the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower. I was very pleased when we arrived and there were several different types of coffee (the only thing I would suggest is to use the small liquid creamers instead of the packets of dry creamer). I liked that paper products were supplied instead of actual dishes, glasses etc., that way we could just throw them away. "Would highly recommend for a couples weekend. The room, bed was comfortable and clean. Loved that there was a good fan in the room as I'm used to sleeping with one. Adorable place and grounds with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Close to town so it's a great location. About the only suggestions I would make would be to add a little more lighting in the bathroom & shower and a small table in the sitting area. We had a great time and hope to go back at Christmas. "

"Parking was the best and much needed in this busy town during Christmas! The staff was very attentive and answered any questions! The Piano room was super fun and the jacuzzi tub was so relaxing! The patio was fun to sit on and watch the carraige drive by! If you are staying in Dahlonega, there is no NEED to look elsewhere! This is the best value in the area and so very cute! "

"We loved this room. It has an older feel, but so much character and the hotel location couldn't be better. The check in process was very easy as well. The only tiny complaint would be parking, but other than that, it's a marvelous find. "

"This is not a luxury hotel, but its clean, feels safe, and is a comfortable place for "just passing through." I was kindly supplied with extra non-decaf coffee,which is a must for me. I did not try the breakfast since I wanted to get on the road, so I can't say anything about that. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Thank you."
