"The room was excellent. Great lighting, very comfortable bed and bedding, and a great design. Checkout staff were friendly, and I'm glad a colleague recommended this hotel! Check-in was the weak spot. I arrived around 6:45 pm to an empty desk and waited seven to 10 minutes with no recognition of the wait or an apology. I also received no information about my room location, amenities, or the complimentary continental breakfast, so I missed breakfast and coffee the next morning. I also had to track down a QR code in the room just to find the Wi-Fi name and password. A simple card or a note on the key sleeve would help. A stronger, friendly welcome would make this an easy five-star stay. I'd still recommend it!"

"Loved the Atrium and the atmosphere. Some of the wait staff were a little abrupt. The breakfast was excellent. I tried 4 different entrees and each were excellent."

"Great hotel- exceptionally clean and staff was present and available for everything we need. We booked the 1st floor suite with a separate living room/kitchen area which was a great option for us since we were visiting family for a few days- gave us space to relax. The room had high end details and design which we loved. This hotel has an unexpected “nightlife”, the restaurant/bar is busy and full over the weekend- great if you want to unwind in a party atmosphere but the DJ was loud so not appropriate for dinner. Despite this, we heard nothing in our room and ate elsewhere so didn’t bother us. The hotel is pricey but worth every penny- We have family in the area so will absolutely be booking again."

"Loved how clean the room was and how helpful the Staff in general. Being from Europe myself, I would have preferred a Nespresso machine in the room, rather than the Keurig. Wonderful small hotel"

"Our room was great, check in was easy and no issues with the room. We enjoyed the bar although my sister in law wanted a more vibe lounge, we still had great drinks with Arturo (i believe he was out bartender Sat. night). We were able to walk everywhere we wanted and needed to go which was the best. Stamford was a fun place to visit"
