"Close location to shopping, restaurants and racetrack. Clean room. AC/heater worked good. First room smelled of cigarette smoke- they gladly arranged a different room. Staff were great. Quiet area. "

"The parking lot was FULL 2 nights out of the 4 nights that I stayed, requiring my car to be illegally parked when I arrived at night. The lot is not that big anyway. The room servant came the LAST night I was there. Someone should come on the 2nd night of a stay. I don't like to use the same towel every night. And I brought my own washcloth and the room servant took it, thinking it was theirs. I didn't know or forgot anyone was coming. I DON'T need anything replenished the day BEFORE I check out. Maybe it's their 3-night policy, which for me happened to be my last night. Other than those 3 nuisance, my stay was fine."

"When I drove up, I was immediately dismayed at the location and condition of the property and was concerned for the safety of my car in the parking lot. All rooms had outside doors, which is never a good sign. I checked in without incident, good or bad. When I arrived at my room I noticed that it was next to a stairwell at the busiest and loudest part of the building. Until 2 a.m. there were loud voices and running outside my door. When I walked into my room I was hit with the odor of cigarette smoke, even though the property claims to have strict no smoking rules. The appearance was drab and stained. There was no place to use my computer; I had to sit on the bed and slump over my computer to get my work done. The sink and bathtub were stained. The shower curtain had a big spot of some kind. The bath towels were stained as well. The door had huge scuffs on both sides of it, as did the floor. The bedspread looked stained as well, and I had serious misgivings about crawling between the sheets. I checked for bedbugs and didn't find any, so I did get into the bed. I will definitely never stay in this particular hotel again, and perhaps not any Super 8. I felt unsafe, and the property needs work. "

"The staff was very nice, very pleasant. The issue was our room. I took the couch. The blankets and pillowcases that were in the closet for couch use were dirty. It was obvious that the bedding had not been washed. I refused to sleep on the sheets. They could at least have a bar of soap and small lotion bottles in the bathroom. When we left our room on Friday and returned, no one had come in to clean our room. We had to call for towels and washcloths. I had to bag the garbage cans because they were overflowing. We did let the staff know that our room was not touched and therefore the garbage cans were not emptied. We did like the breakfast, the staff, the lounge area stacked with goodies was pleasant. The lounge is nicely decorated. It was room that needed improvement. However, I would use the hotel again because everyone was nice. I would. make my expectations known regarding the room. "

"Not at all as pictured. These are clearly not of this property. They couldn’t give us extra pillows. The phone was inoperable. The faucet handle was broken. No privacy between bathroom and the rest of the room. When informed of issues the response was “okay” without even a note being taken. They charged $100 to my card without an explanation. The cops arrived to get a “tenant” out that wasn’t paying. Divided into two buildings completely separate from main entrance. We felt unsafe. "
