"Was economically priced but the vinyl floors were very dirty. I spilled some water and used a bath mat to wipe up, it came up black. Same for my feet after I took off my shoes and walked around the room. The linens and towels were clean but getting a little worn. "

"I spoke with a person name Joseph on from desk and when I asked he's name again he gave me a total different name just for asking a question and he was real rude on customer service. Guys like him need to be out the people service because he don't know how to talked to people. "

"This was the worst hotel we have stayed at in a long time. It was the only one available for the dates we needed. I took a chance, shame on me. Our first room was dirty with stained sheets- looked used. The second room at least had a clean bed. We bought our own supplies and cleaned up the room the best we could. I would have left but the room was non refundable and we had no other place to stay. The bathroom was dirty, the floor turned the washcloth brown, nothing was dusted, or vacuumed. Peeling paint and photos falling out of their frames. The entrance doors and all the glass looked as it was cleaned with a dirty towel. We didnt even try the breakfast as I was nervous. Would not recommend, will never stay here gain. This needs a manager that has standards and a major overhaul and CLEANING!"

"Our hotel rooms stopped the cleanest. There was fingerprints on our bathroom door and walls. Room floor had problems on them like it hadn’t been slept the front desk. I am doing great, but showed pictures of a weight and he said that he had one in the pool is supposed to open April 1 and the pool is empty. The hotel has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs to help in the cleaning department. Definitely not the cleanest hotel."

"The hotel is in a great location right off the highway. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was clean. Our room was up against the ice machine so you heard it making noise all night. Got used to it, didn’t keep us up but it could have been on a different wall to avoid that. Breakfast was included and had a variety of foods. But the hot food wasn’t that great. Good bagels and yogurt. Plenty of parking but didn’t realize there was a parking fee for every day we were there. When booking the room I didn’t remember that $5 charge daily. It is one of the better hotels in Kannapolis so we might end up staying there again."
