"The room was beautiful, and the pool area was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, and the food we had at Saginaw’s was outstanding. I could have ate there for every meal. One thing I really appreciated was how easy the hotel was to navigate, unlike some properties. "I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."

"Hotel was good and they also had complimentary breakfast which was good. But there were stains on the linen and the room glasses were all pink which we did not expect. Parking was free and easy. Overall good experience."

"It was ok.Refrigerator was not working properly,temperature regulator knob was missing so next day everything inside was frozen.Need attention for the next costumes to be satisfied."

"No they were rude and racists. They were judgmental and overly excessive with there rules We left the room in excellent condition very clean and complied with all their excesive rules and they were looking for anything they could to keep our deposit and couldn't find one so they said that the sheets had some blood stains and we never even got under the top blanket and they kept our deposit"

"Room was okay, bed sheets were dirty stained with makeup and pillows were yellow.. didn’t notice until morning since the stained part was on the corner of the sheet that gets tucked in for no one to see. Over all I guess that’s the quality you get for what you pay for. Not my first time staying at this place but definitely will be the last. "
