"There was poop in our room under the bed. I wish I was joking but unfortunately true. We have pictures. Also the sheet that covered the box spring was covered with crumbs and dead bugs. We did get a new room but when checked there was a makeup bag under the bed. The cleaning staff was rude rolling their eyes and saying the rooms weren’t that bad. "Always a good stay whenever I’m there. Very clean, everything works, great staff with good customer service"

"No iron each time I stayed. Easy fix to get rid of the rust on the refrigerators. The manager finally gave a room without rust on refrigerator. The receptionist seemed irritated that I didn’t want rust on the refrigerator. And invited me to fina another hotel. The rate was a good rate therefore I was invited to take the rust or leave it."

"The hotel overall was a decent stay and staff were polite and courteous. It’s likewise a good location if you’re needing a spot downtown. That said, parking IS NOT included and costs $23(with tax) a night and the walls are insanely thin. We could hear every single conversation of the other rooms."
