"We recently stayed here while attending a wedding in Goldsboro. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and even after being told to return two hours later, we still had to wait another hour before we could check in. "While the front desk and staff are extremely helpful the manager needs some training or find another position that does not require contact with people. The main A/C was not working so guests had to rely on the older window/radiator units. My refrigerator did not work and by the time it was fixed my dairy had to be thrown out. The managers response was that I could check-out."

"I liked the location, but I booked this because of the pool. It was ready for use but closed because they were supposedly waiting for inspection. I also thought it was the same hotel we stayed at in October 2025."
