When I called to inquire about the cost of the cruise shuttle/ long term parking while we were cruising, I was told by a very rude employee that because I did not book through the hotel directly and did not purchase the “parking/shuttle package” I would not be permitted to park there while cruising OR take the shuttle to the port. "What an incredible room! We stayed in the 2 Queen beds & one sleep sofa suite. Exceptionally large with a separate queen beds area, giving the living area sofa sleeper extra nice privacy. "The first impression wasn’t the best. The room they gave us was not clean and uncomfortable, but the staff took care and upgraded us quickly. The receptionist and velvet staff were great on making the stay very pleasant after all."

"Our stay at La Quinta was excellent! The facility is clean, staff is friendly, ocean view is terrific, and proximity to restaurants and shops is perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and updated. Breakfast was also really great, especially enjoying it outside near the waterfall and in the shade. We will certainly choose this hotel again on our next visit to Cape Canaveral."
