"My overall experience at this property was truly wonderful. While there was a brief hiccup at check-in as my reservation was initially difficult to locate, the staff resolved the matter swiftly and professionally, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. From that point forward, everything exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the room itself was absolutely impeccable and beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The rooftop was a lovely highlight, offering a relaxing and scenic atmosphere that added a special touch to the experience. In terms of convenience, the property offers a complimentary shuttle service to 5th Avenue, which was a thoughtful and practical amenity that made exploring the area effortless. The customer service throughout my stay was outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. "This is our second time in Naples Bay Resort & Marina in two months. First time my husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and liked so much that returned a month later for a weekend getaway. We love the Naples Bay Club. It was so refreshing: the pools, lazy river, hot water jacuzzi and water fall- It was a lovely natural hydro-therapy. The staff from Bluewater Bar $ Grill is very attentive, specially Aaliyah, the food very good as well. We had breakfast in the Coffee House - coffee cappuccino and pistachios croissant were delicious. The front desk staff is very professional and nice, special thanks to Tamara and Shackeen. Additional thanks to valet parking and transportation golf type car associates. The only reason this time we are giving a 4 star instead of 5 is because the bed in room 204 was extremely soft and made our sleeping a bad experience causing unexpected spine and neck pains. We highly recommend to REPLACE the mattress. Also, our previous One bedroom suite marina view (room 234) had a jacuzzi in the bathroom but this time, having same category room, had old style bathtub instead of the jacuzzi."
