"We had a wonderful stay! Service at the front desk was great! Beds are comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again on our way through to Kelowna!"

"This is a very nice hotel. I believe it's fairly new and the lobby needs a little work but the service was excellent. Ann (sp?) was very accommodating, since there's no elevator he carried our bags upstairs b/c I have bad knees. When we left in the morning the lobby person offered to carry our bags down the stairs. There's free refrigerated water and snacks such as chocolate and chips, and we got a card for $15 off breakfast at a local bakery and diner. Parking was free - not always the case these days. The location is away from downtown but it's on a river and overlooks the mountains, the view out of our window was stunning - see the picture. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable, the towels thick and absorbent, the in-room coffee machine and coffee was premium. I was able to hook up my Roku to the TV without issue. It was quiet, comfortable, with premium touches everywhere. The small details had been well thought out. I would definitely stay again."

"We’re please that our room was ready when we came, the staffs were very helpful and accommodating since it’s our first time in Golden the front desk Darwin he was very kind and friendly he helped us in many ways. The breakfast was great and all of us were delighted and energized to start our day to explore Golden Skybridge and some nearby scenic view. Parking was spacious and safe! Absolutely we’ll come back! We had a fantastic and memorable stay in Best western Golden! Thank you so much"
