"Room was great, nicely renovated. Staff was very unhelpful. At check in, we were told breakfast was served 7 to 10 am. Came down after 9 am to discover that breakfast was over."

"Super cute outside with the pond and ducks. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast lady was so nice and kept telling everyone how much she loved her job! She was the best!"

"Very convenient location and surprisingly quiet [at least in our room], considering the proximity to the freeway and the abundance of young children present on the property. Our room was pleasant and our request for third floor room with beamed ceiling was accommodated. The sliding door on our balcony would not latch, but we felt safe enough with the chain lock engaged.
Our room was not ready at 3:00 PM check-in. We were told it would be about 30-40 minutes and we would receive a call when...
