The second day was particularly disappointing; we returned to an unserviced room and had to contact the front desk to resolve the matter.
In response, an employee named Javi was sent to our room, but he only provided fresh towels. When we requested full service, he informed us that his 'boss told him not to' clean or make the bed. We were forced to contact the desk a second time to have the service completed correctly. Despite my wife expressing our serious concerns regarding these repeated lapses, the front desk staff failed to offer a satisfactory solution.
