"The staff at this hotel were truly wonderful — kind, attentive, and very responsive. Every time we needed help, they reacted quickly and with a great attitude. The only issue during our stay was the heating system in our room. At first, the heater was not working, and when it was eventually fixed, it produced an unpleasant smell. "A lovely hotel right next to the old quarter. Our room was perfectly adequate and individual, but don't expect a chain hotel experience. Each of the staff we met and interacted with were happy and smiling and wished only to make our stay a good one. The private parking, which we booked in advance, was probably some of the most secure hotel parking we have ever had but be aware there are limited spaces so book ahead."
