"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property has a beautiful aesthetic and was exceptionally clean throughout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made my experience even better. The gym was amazing, and the pool and surrounding views were absolutely beautiful. I also really enjoyed my room—it was comfortable, stylish, and a great place to relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"This place was an absolute shambles, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying here. We booked a three-bedroom apartment on 9th July, but when we arrived at 11:00 pm on 20th July after a long flight with our children, we were told that only a two-bedroom apartment was available because the hotel was fully booked. "Het was de vierde keer dat we er gingen, dus slecht is het niet maar nu was het niet proper. We verbleven er 4 dagen en gedurende de ganse 4 dagen was de vloer van de eetruimte/living niet proper. De kamer gelukkig wel. Iets mindere ervaring nu maar voor de prijs nog ok."

"We arrived very late due to issues with our plane landing . The concierge was so lovely and upgraded our room . She was very friendly and made us tea. The hotel was beautiful with a lovely roof terrace . "

"The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use. A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use. Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!"

"Les filles sont très sympas, très gentilles et accueillantes. Elles nous ont proposé du thé et elles étaient à l'écoute. Quelques points à remonter mais pas très grave : on a constaté des traces de poussières dans le sol mais on a appelé la femme de ménage pour passer la serpillère. Un peu de bruit le soir. NO se les había comunicado nuestra llegada. Tiene que ser un error por parte de Hoteles España,com, dedujimos... Comprobaron que Sí teníamos nuestra reserva, pagada ya, para 3 noches. A partir de entonces todo fue muy Bien. Esperamos que Hoteles...
