"Schönes Hotel mitten in Rapallo, gleich neben der Fussgängerzone, bzw. der Strandpromenade und in 5 min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer (hatte ein Deluxe-Zimmer), Meerblick im 1. Stock aber eher bescheiden... Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"What a view! This hotel was perfectly situated at the corner of a small beach, the ocean, and nearby restaurants. It truly was in the heart of everything. I loved everything about this location. My one and only disappointment was the air conditioning. Although the hotel claimed to have AC, it was not truly controllable, even when lowering the temperature. On several nights, we felt warm."

"Such a gem in the middle of town. And the friendliest staff ever! Delicious cappuccinos and don't forget to check out the roof terrace. If you need car parking try to make a reservation beforehand. We didn't know but the staff bend over backwards to get us a permit to park on the street "

"This hotel was an incredible find!! The location was very easy to walk to from the train station **** if you are walking, MAKE SURE to take the narrow stairs up and over the railroad tracks *** Once you're there, you will be overwhelmed with the beauty and splendor of the rooms as well as the overlooking views of the harbor. The staff was extremely nice and helpful... I will definitely be back!!"

"Super leuk personeel, mooie hotelkamer. De ophang/ trap maar hotel ziet er verwaarloosd uit. Als dit zou worden opgeknapt dan nodigt het veel meer uit om het hotel te bezoeken. "

"The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning and well maintained. The staff are lovely and helpful. The hotel is quite dated and would benefit from a refurbishment. No iron or ironing board in the rooms. Also no kettle, wine glasses or tea/coffee facilities. Great location "
