Hotel murah di Gonawala

"The staff were really helpful, especially the check in team, and the driver who took me back to the airport."

"Staff were the best, property needed upgrading"

"I've stayed at quite a few of the nicest hotels in Colombo over the past few years, both with my family and alone, and I'm really pleased I tried ITC this year. It's probably now my joint favourite alongside the Hilton Colombo Residences. It is superior to the Shangri-La (where the rooms are shoeboxes and the feeling is sterile) and Mt Lavinia (which seems too obsequious to a colonial past!). "Friendly and willing to help staff, best buffet breakfast"

"Waktu tempuh dari bandara Colombo ke hotel ~ 45 menit (dengan mobil). Saya check in di hotel sekitar 00.30, petugas dengan cepat mempersiapkan semua yang dibutuhkan dan kunci kamar sudah tersedia dalam waktu 5-10 menit. Saya tinggal di lantai 11. Pemandangan cukup bagus sebagian ke arah kota dan sebagian ke pantai. Interior kamar type minimalis modern. Kamar cukup bersih, luas nya sedang utk 2 orang. Kamar mandi bersih, hanya amenities sangat standard. Kualitas sabun dan shampoo harus...

"The stay, food, and customer service were fantastic. Special thanks to Asinsala; she was fantastic, and when we extended our stay by another day, she helped us program our room keys so we didn't have to go to reception. I will high-key recommend this place to go and have a great experience"

"Got upgraded to a suit, that was super nice , very India and vegetarian friendly breakfast buffet - has Jain food as well - dosa, sambar, dhokla, poha etc . The bathtub inside the room with a view was great. Loved the blue tooth speaker in the room as well to enjoy some music. Room was largely clean, guest services are a hit or a miss , sometimes on time sometimes delayed. Laundry takes a day, If given in the night they give it back next day same time. Reception also helps with dollar exchange...
