"I have stayed at the Fairmont in Banff twice and this property in Whistler did not disappoint either. The whole experience was absolutely seamless and I literally could not make one complaint. Every single staff member was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the facilities were excellent. The food and beverages on offer in all areas were some of the best i have had in Canada. "This was our second time at the Summit Lodge after loving it so much last year, we booked there again!! We love this property. It’s clean, very comfortable, nice staff at check-in, pleasant and professional cleaning crew, cool shuttle drivers, warm facility, and good vibes overall! They had some hot water issue during our stay (2 days) but we were notified in advance of arriving, so we came mentally prepared. "Excellent hostel. Very clean shower room, bathroom and locker room. I was initially concerned about the safety of my personal belongings but they had lockable storage for your suite case, skies, and boots. Proximity to Whistler gondola and eateries in the village was unbeatable."

"HGVC Whistler is really close to the Blackcomb gondola—only about five minutes walk to the gondola. I really appreciate the day pass that lets guests use the pool/locker room showers until 10pm, which means you can shower up après ski before leaving town."

"The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. The problem is the location. Th hotel is above and next door to a number of bars and restaurants. When the very drunk bar patrons spill out into the narrow walkways between the buildings throughout the night and into the next morning (3:30 am) they tend to be quite loud. I was woken repeatedly each night. Not pleasant at all. Best to stay somewhere outside of the village core until the village decides to police the situation. "
