"We were staying at SCHLOSS Zermatt for four nights and absolutely loved it! The family suite is nice, clean, and spacious; breakfast is delicious; and the location is so convenient, just a few steps away from the Zermatt train station, the Gornergrat railway station, and the main station. Zermatt is a lovely place to visit, and SCHLOSS surely add another reason for us to come back and visit again in the future. We will definitely stay here again and would love to recommend it to our friends."
"Amazing hotel! From being welcomed after 30 hours of travel with a glass of white wine, to the friendly breakfast staff, to helping me cobble together a nourishing dinner after a relaxing spa service…the staff at this hotel truly set it apart! And the rooms! I slept with all the windows and the patio door open just gazing at the Matterhorn until I fell asleep. And the spa! Really a wonderful steam room, sauna, and pool. The only “better if” was if other people would read the rules, especially...

"Beausite Zermatt was a fabulous hotel to stay in for our 3 day hiking trip to the area. We received friendly advice from the concierge on appropriate level hikes and places to eat on the mountains.The breakfast was decadent and the spa/pool options were wonderful. We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful deck and view of the Matterhorn which made our stay extra special. You will not regret staying here!"

There is no air con in the Cosy Chic room, which wasn't too much of an issue despite being August but in a heatwave it may be."
"This was a great boutique hotel. It’s in the quieter area of Zermatt so you have to walk down to the main town area but that just adds to the charm! The views of the Matterhorn were amazing. The spa was lovely as well. "
"We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING.
