Staff seemed a bit more cohesive and attentive last visit and breakfast seemed more generous last time. And though we are successfully dieting and without our dog, the room seemed a bit smaller. "The sheets in the bed find private hairs on the bed I doubt that if they put a new clean sheets and also the soap in the shower didn’t worked, noise from all traffic and people coming late night talking loud not even a shower cap or travel toilette that others hotels as minimum always provide I believe too tight to provide whit things that others hotels as minimum"

"Great view! Hotel overlooks the lake. Lovely. BUT! The hotel advertised a train shuttle. Sent messages days before - no response! Called upon arrival and got an automated message saying they were not available! So got a taxi. With construction there was no other way to reach the hotel. No help with luggage upon arrival! Not even an offer and we are both elderly. No help at departure either. Room had a great view but a small bottle of lotion and conditioner and a kettle. Bare minimum for over...
