The hotel is located next to a nightclub with live music. There is no way to sleep. The bed vibrates from the bass of the establishment. We had a nightmare night. The staff is friendly.

Carpets had stains, night stand light didn't have a cover and electric cables were open in the bathroom (very dangerous), there is a night club downstairs and has live music every night till 1am, very loud (no sleep from the music) Curtains half way of the curtain track. Manager,his wife and staff does not know one word of English. This hotel is nothing what it says.I do have pictures of the room. We only stayed one night and left. They were no help. Thank you to Orbitz that done evrything to acommidate them.

Otele vardığımızda otoparkı olmadığını gördük. Sokakta boş bir yer bulup koyduk. Resepsiyonda iyi karşılandık. Hatta bize kendilerince iyilik yapıp ön tarafta bir oda verdiler. Oda güzel gözüküyordu. Ancak tv arkasındaki priz çalışmıyordu. Söyledik bakan olmadı kendi imkanlarımızla tv çalıştırabildik. Banyoda saç kurutma makinası çalışmıyordu. Banyo kapısı bozuktu kilitlenmiyor, kol sürekli çıkıyordu. Banyoda sıcak su yoktu. Soğuk suyla duş aldık. Gece saat 02.00’a kadar otelin altında barda bangır bangır müzik çaldı. Ne çocuk ne biz uyuyamadık. Sabah kahvaltısı sıradandı. Kısaca bir gece konakladık ama başlıkta da yazdığımız gibi vasat…

Otelin konumu güzel. Otel odası oldukça geniş, temiz ve konforluydu. Ama oda penceresi sokağa bakmıyor otelin içine bakıyor dolayısıyla havadar değildi. Ücretsiz otopark yazıyor ancak otoparkı yok. Sokağa da araba parketme imkanı yok. Araç girişi yasak. Ben motosikletli olduğum için sorun yaşamadım ama araçla sorun yaşarsınız. Kahvaltı çok kötüydü. Çeşit hiç yok neredeyse. Olanlar da açıkta kalmış gibiydi. Mecbur omlet yaptırdım. O da resmen yağ havuzu içinde yüzüyordu. Kahvaltıyı otelde yapmayacaksınız ve sokağa bakan bir oda bulursanız kalınır ama çok birşey beklemeyin.

Merkezi bölgede olması olumlu. Otel ve odalar temiz. Müşterilerle diyalogda olan personel nazik ve ilgili. Ancak; 1-akşam 20:00 itibariyle otelin cafesi sadece içkili bir mekana dönüşüyor. Çay-kahve içmek istediğinizde hayır cevabı veriyorlar. 2- odada bulunan su ısıtıcısı paslı ve kirliydi. Yenisini istedik. Gelen ısıtıcı ise arızalıydı. Otel yönetimi bu basit konularda daha duyarlı olursa fazla memnuniyet alacaktır fikrindeyim. Teşekkürler
