"Wonderful stay ..rooms beautiful ocean views.Rooftop pool open till 10pm.Happy hour A$2 beers ..A$10 cocktails. Food delicous & cheap. Great short free city tour included. Beach club free shuttles ..fabulous turtle hatchery there .Wonderful seafood platter for 2 ...A$33.. Marino Mall attached cheap food, ice creams, souvenirs ,entertainment virtual reality games centre & 9D cinema.. Staff ...fabulous! This is a great hotel offers so much to everyone ! Plus a gift of teas from their plantation...

"Room clean, overall level of tardiness elsewhere. Soulless atmosphere. Very slow checkin. Difficulty in accessing room..told to wait until they fixed it. Unnecessary prolonged discussion re airport transfer (we had it written as included). Some noise. Very poor breakfast (compared to other hotels we stayed at). Grounds nice, but dirt area around pool (viz not paved), tired looking room with checked curtains and small vanity area. Location is proximal to airport, however little else...

"This is far from a 4* hotel. The property is VERY run down and so many things are broken. It needs urgent repairs but nobody seems to be bothered. Staff at check in were not bothered at all, take it or leave it attitude. The doorman/porter was the only nice person. Check-in was at 2pm I arrived at 5pm waited for a hour and my room was still not ready. After 2 hours still nothing but nobody was bothered, so I went elsewhere. Overall worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in "

"Housekeeping was awful. Took the towels and didn't replace them. Didn't come to replace after I rang to request a towel. Also didn't regularly replace water bottles Wifi in room was slow and kept dropping Not up to 5-star standard (or even homestay standard for housekeeping or service). Would not stay again."
