"Questa è una piccola struttura a conduzione familiare. La colazione era piuttosto buona. C'era un grazioso cortile antistante. Sì, hanno un piccolo parcheggio, ma ho dovuto parcheggiare in strada. Per entrare nella struttura e nella camera servivano tre chiavi separate, e ho avuto difficoltà a far funzionare la chiave della mia camera, quindi non sono uscita per cena per paura di rimanere chiusa fuori, dato che ero una donna che viaggiava da sola."

"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful.
Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed.
Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal.
Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno.
1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare.
2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero
3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra.
3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

"We had a great time staying at this place for more than two weeks, which was made possible by an affordable price. Charming room in a 200 years old building in the center of Iglesias. Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. "Leider ist die Unterkunft unauffinbar wir standen in der Pampa vor einem geschlossenen Eisentor. Der Garten sah verwahrlost aus und Haus haben wir keines gesehen. So sind wir wieder abgefahren, da wir auch keine Telefonnummer gefunden haben. Schade ums Geld."
